When we say we are experts at night transportation in Belgium and from Belgium to the Netherlands we mean it. Our image is of great importance to us that is why we will not agree to a transport assignment to Italy for example because we do not have the expertise for such deliveries (After specialized training, field exploitation, road demographic management and knowledge based recruitment maybe then we can accept assignment to Italy). Did you know for a truck driver to gain entrance into "Total energies" premises the driver needs to do an instant "Total energies test" at the gate and the driver must pass the test before they can get a 1 year certificate entry into Total energies premises. There are a lot of companies adapting to this admission entry test process and there are a lot of truck drivers who fail these tests and thereby can not enter the premises of the load/unloading company. Our drivers have no problem taking an entry test into "Total energies" premises. At a minimum our drivers have a senior secondary school certificate and they have a great passion for driving a truck professionally.

EMPLOYEE MORALE AND ENGAGEMENT

Transport Wilfred hires drivers only after they have completed a truck driving training program of a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 18 months. We do not hire truck drivers just because they have a truck driving license or they attended a truck driving school for 2 weeks. We hire professional drivers who can read and write. Drivers who understand the traffic signs, drivers who will do a truck inspection before driving the truck and trailer, drivers who can fill in necessary forms and can unload/load at manned/unmanned locations. Drivers who can speak the language or speak English. Our knowledge based drivers policy at Transport Wilfred trucking company is highly supreme in order to ensure our drivers function at a very high level everywhere they go and do their job with ease.

HONESTY, RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY

It is very easy to see we deal in honesty right from the start. As already mentioned, we will never take a task we cannot accomplish for any reason whatsoever. It doesn't matter how much you are willing to pay, if we cannot handle the task, we will inform you to find a company who can (We do not do subcontracting. When we take your project we will do your project period).

CO2 EMISSION

Our trucks are Euro 6 and our drivers must pass the eco driving training program (ECODEMI road transportation training) in order to further stimulate the growth and awareness of climate change and our roll and impact in it as a trucking company. We carry out regular tire pressure controls and in the future we are looking forward to deliveries with electric trucks. At Transport Wilfred trucking company we do not dispute scientific research regarding climate change rather we applaud it and we hope to play our roll for a better climate for our globe.
